How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your AlignGate Pro account and all associated data at any time. Once processed, this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
✓Your profile information (name, phone number, photo)
✓Your booking history
✓Your saved addresses
✓Your payment history records
✓Your ratings and reviews
✓Your device tokens and notification settings
What We Retain (As Required by Law)
- Financial transaction records (7 years — Indian tax law requirement)
- Any data required for pending dispute resolution
Request Deletion
To delete your account, send an email to aligngatepro@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered phone number.

Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Any pending payments or active bookings must be resolved before account deletion.
- If you have a pending payout, it will be processed before deletion.
- We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
